At this time it may be 30 days or more before being accepted or not.
By joining you are agreeing to the LIST POLICIES below.

1. Send an email to: Majordomo@jmw.net (CLICK HERE TO JOIN) with subscribe wc-people" in the "BODY" of the message, not the "SUBJECT".

2. You will receive a messages back asking you to answer a few questions. After being accepted you will receive a WELCOME message, it is highly suggested that you save this for future reference.

3. Once approved you will be part of the list. Please feel free to introduce yourself or wait for the right time by sending an e-mail to wc-people@jmw.net. (see below)

4. When you receive a message from the list, just use the reply function on your email program and it will send it to the entire list.

5. You can unsubscribe at any time by returning to this page and sending a message to Majordomo@jmw.net with "unsubscribe wc-people" in the body of the message.
The server will not recognize the subject message, only what is in the body.

6. DO NOT include Attachments, they will not be sent. This keeps down on viruses

LIST POLICIES

Honor and respect for the people on this list and the Nation is of the up most importance. Disagreeing with someone's opinion is understandable but it can be done respectfully.

Rules for the list that will not be tolerated and could have you removed from the list:
1. Unprovoked attacks on people.
2. Lying about people or other Nations.
3. Disrespect for the Nation and/or the people.
4. Profanity.
5. Excessive E-mail to the list
6. Non-Native issues.
7. Slander, Harassment and False Allegations
8. Badgering others Freedom of speech does not include yelling fire in a theater. This includes yelling about things that are not real and have no merit.

Two things to remember about the list:
1. Those that are not on the list, can not post to the list.
2. DO NOT send attachments, the program will bounce your attachment. This is to stop viruses from being sent through the list.

COURT RULES IN FAVOR OF SUMMERS, WATSON & WESTERN CHEROKEE 3 TIMES

As of this date the defendants and their associates have not surrendered Western Cherokee Property as stipulated in two court orders and supported in the Stipulation and Order.

A court order did state that Chief Jerry Summers and Vice Chief John Watson have been found to be the true officials of the Western Cherokee. This should clearly show the defendants and associates were wrong in their take over attempt but they continue to refuse to abide by the Court Order. By a court ordered election which the defendants controlled they are now legally in control of the Western Cherokee future. Many people believe this ordered election was due to a filing by Timothy Spencer which was a threat of upward of 100 men, women and children would die defending the property if the judge held his ruling.
