Jeff Cover happily  married, wife's name is Diana or daughters name is Hannah . Between my wife and my self have seven children total.

Education, high school grad, two years college, majored in Forestry Management, and Zoology.

I am a custom knife maker by trade, my knives are sold world wide on ebay, and by custom dealers. 

Former supervisor for IMI sub-contractor for mining company, warehouse lift operator for trim foot shoe company, mold furnace operator for IRON MOUNT IAN FORGE now LITTLE TIKES.

Hobbies are, drum maker, flute maker, jewelry maker, fishing, camping, hunting, competition shooting, reloading, and gourd dancing.

I if elected I would like to get the people more involved by teaching classes like drum making, flute making, fundamentals of the drum and flute. By doing this i hope to not only educate but bring the people closer together.

Hard Work and Dedicated: As Councilman, Jeff Cover has been part of many achievements. He works with everyone willing to work and always does his best to complete tasks in the correct manner.

Some examples:.

bulletFixing water leaks at the Western Cherokee Complex, working as many as 16 hours straight to fix the water lines.
bulletInstallation of new water supply and drains.
bulletWorking day in and day out for the Powwow's, Security and Parking.
bulletProcurement of commercial kitchen equipment for cafeteria and working every trip to haul the equipment to our Complex.

Goals: As Councilman, Jeff Cover would like to see the immediate goals of the Western Cherokee

bulletGet our constitution that will work and not be abused.
bulletTo create a structured Board of Elders, the  wisdom of Elders is needed to fill these positions and to be guidance more than anything. Age does not make a person wise enough to sit as an Elder.

Accomplishments: As Councilman, Jeff Cover has been part of most everything we have accomplished over the past four years.
